As a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in driving our mission reputed company by providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities:

* Represent arenaflex as a subject matter expert during customer calls, providing expert guidance and support to ensure a seamless experience

• Deliver exceptional customer service and support through strong verbal and written communication skills, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues with diplomacy and tact
• Offer additional arenaflex products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and drive business growth
• Update arenaflex systems to ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams
• Escalate reputed company issues to management, ensuring customer concerns are addressed effectively and clearly
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by your manager, contributing to the success of reputed company and the growth of our business

Essential Qualifications:

* 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results

• Previous experience in solar customer service or sales is highly desirable, but not required
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate reputed company information effectively
• Demonstrated ability to display patience, reputed company, and strong listening skills, ensuring customer needs are fulfilled in a timely and satisfactory fashion
