- Experience owning onboarding, retention/churn, renewals, and upsells
- Expertise in demonstrating, training, and helping clients get value from our solution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

- Experience partnering with sales teams to expand relationships and drive reputed company growth

Key Responsibilities
