About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, ensuring that their expectations are met and exceeded throughout the lifespan of their projects. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and guidelines
- Booking appointments for customers with a high degree of data accuracy
- Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring that reputed company customer interactions are friendly, respectful, and informative
- Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively
- Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a clear and concise manner
- Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, ensuring that customer experiences are consistently exceptional
- Collaborating with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of one year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish
- Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and typing simultaneously
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
