The Role
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in handling daily activities involved in running a health insurance company, including customer interactions and back-office tasks following standard operating procedures. You'll report to the Concierge Operations Manager and work closely with reputed company to ensure seamless service delivery, productivity, and quality expectations.

You must reside in Florida, Georgia, or Texas to be eligible for this role.
Part-Time Shifts
We offer a range of part-time shifts to accommodate your schedule and preferences. reputed company times listed are in Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please note that you'll be required to work a minimum of 22 hours per week. Here are the available shifts:
- Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM (22 hours/week)
- Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM (22 hours/week)
- Monday & Wednesday: 10:30 AM - 4:30 PM (12 hours/week)
- Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (15 hours/week)
- Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (18 hours/week)
- Tuesday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (18 hours/week)
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM (20 hours/week)
- Saturday & Sunday: 1:30 PM - 12:00 AM (20 hours/week)
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly reputed company of $19.00 per hour, plus select employee benefits and vacation accrual of up to 64 hours per year. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the reputed company processes, procedures, and tools associated with the arenaflex business model
- Working with members, brokers, providers, and arenaflex vendors through multiple channels according to assignment needs
- Managing an assigned caseload, maintaining service delivery, productivity, and quality expectations
- Forming working relationships with reputed company partners
- Supporting the leadership team by identifying issues through established escalation reputed company
- Monitoring and tracking the health of reputed company assigned work-in-reputed company issues
- Escalating and resolving issues to ensure appropriate turnaround times
- Participating in process improvement projects
- Complying with reputed company operational, regulatory, and compliance standards relating to member Personal Health Information (PHI)
- Compliance with reputed company applicable laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume or customer-focused setting
- 1+ years of healthcare experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong quantitative or analytical skills focused on identifying or solving problems
- Experience manipulating and entering accurate data
- Advanced reputed company Suite or reputed company Office capabilities
