Responsibilities
As a Claims Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering high incoming call volume and providing written communication for reputed company lines of business for policyholders, agents, and strategic accounts
- Processing transactions for multiple lines of business, systems, and products
- Using multiple computer applications to reputed company manage customer interactions

Ideal Candidate

Compensation and Benefits
