Job Summary:
We are seeking an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Loan Consultant I to join reputed company in Sedalia, MO. As a Loan Consultant I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences while providing personal loan solutions. This role involves building a customer reputed company through sales, loan extension, and merchant referrals. Your success will be reputed company by your ability to create a positive customer experience, generate business, maintain compliance, meet monthly goals, and ensure accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet, assist, and solicit individuals entering the office and calling by phone; receive and process credit and employment verifications, and record information obtained; process payments, distributions, reputed company recommendations regarding loan approvals; approve loans up to established lending limits, complete loan closings, handle account activities reputed company to collection accounts, including phone calls and face-to-face communications with customers.
