Job Summary
The Inventory Data Entry Clerk will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory information, ensuring seamless data entry, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our warehouse operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintain Database reputed company: Accurately enter new and updated inventory information into our database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Resolve Deficiencies: Identify and resolve data entry deficiencies using standard procedures or return incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
- Enter Inventory Data: Input alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format, maintaining data entry requirements and following data program techniques and procedures.
- Create Cycle Counts: reputed company and implement cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Manage Inventory Moves: Electronically manage moves, adjustments, transfers, including bin transfers, to maintain accurate inventory levels and optimize warehouse operations.
- Maintain Operations: Follow policies and procedures, and report needed changes to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Contribute to Team Effort: Accomplish reputed company results as needed to support the team's goals and objectives.
Hours & Classification
The Inventory Data Clerk will typically work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with some weekend work possible. This role is classified as non-exempt.
Requirements
• Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Accurate Typing Skills: Proficient typing skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve data entry errors.
- Proficiency in reputed company Office: Proficiency in reputed company, Word, and other reputed company Office applications.
- Proficiency in reputed company and Power BI: Experience with reputed company and Power BI is a plus, but not required.
Education and Experience Requirements
• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Data Entry Experience: Previous data entry experience or reputed company office experience is essential.
- Warehouse Inventory Management Experience: Experience in warehouse inventory management is preferred, but not required.
