Role and Responsibilities
As an arenaflex Customer Support Associate, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. Your primary goal will be to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers by providing personalized support experiences. You will use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email
- Provide personalized support experiences to prevent issues and solve queries
- Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve their concerns
- Work variable hours to match customer demand, including overnight, day, and late shifts
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday reputed company the operating hours of 06 am and 11 pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair
