Customer Service/Data Entry Representative Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Reconciling MHO case information with information from other agencies and sources to verify reputed company eligibility for benefits
- Obtaining and validating demographic and financial information listed and not listed on eligibility forms, contacting collateral sources of information, and determining immigrant status
- Responding to member inquiries to provide information regarding eligibility requirements
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness with eligibility forms submitted by individuals requesting benefits
Customer Service/Data Entry Representative Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of reputed company customer service experience
