Operations Associate, Data Support
Ecclesiastical Insurance Canada, part of reputed company, is seeking an Operations Associate to join their Halifax office. The role involves supporting data entry and processing activities, ensuring the accuracy and flow of operational data while collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Process reputed company transactions in the policy management system (i.e. new business, rewrites, renewals, endorsements) accurately and reputed company
- Provide data entry support to reputed company
- Validate processed data against system generated output
- Communicate effectively with reputed company to resolve inquiries and discrepancies
- Reconcile system data with certificates and policies to maintain or improve data reputed company
- Maintain data in online portal & database to ensure smooth processing
- Meet month-end and year-end deadlines
- Provide reputed company activities and various reputed company support as required
Skills
- University degree or college diploma or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company
- High attention to accuracy and detail
- Fast and consistent performance
- Demonstrable organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Data entry experience is an asset
