[Remote] Bilingual Client Services Administrator (English/French)

The role involves managing client interactions, supporting financial associates, and maintaining departmental processes in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Work with insurance providers to connect clients with new financial associates
- Communicate between clients, agents, and insurance providers to transfer enforce policies
- Establish solid working relationships with the sales force and support them with processing client applications
- Review client transfer forms to ensure completion and required agent codes are included
- Maintain and update department process manual

Skills
- Prior experience in office administration is required
- Professional proficiency in French and English is required
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across reputed company channels

- Highly organized with excellent time management skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
