The Role
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Chat Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and phone support. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and phone support
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications:
