Associate Account Executive
tms is a company that combines technology, marketing, and sourcing to drive change for leading brands. The Associate Account Executive will support client programs by managing tasks, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring efficient delivery of services across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining an active, positive, and productive working relationship with client's and internal stakeholders
- Developing a working relationship with cross functional teams to reputed company trust, collaboration, and productivity reputed company the agency and external partners
- Developing and maintains working knowledge of client's business, industry, category and marketing research
- Helping to manage timelines noting details, ensuring accuracy and flagging issues of delivery for resolution
- Communicating information and facilitating the information flow to ensure effective and efficient delivery of deliverables
- Support the day-to-day responsibilities of delivery of client's programs
- Assisting in developing conference reports, job changes and status reports
- Responsible for coordinating internal resources for projects
Skills
- 1-2 years relevant experience in Marketing Promotion and/or Account Management, including past internship experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain trusted relationships, person to person, with various levels
- Excellent digital literacy and computer skills, especially with MS Office software (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational, time and project management skills
- Stellar oral and written communication skills, able to present reputed company reputed company clearly
- Resourceful and a proactive, a self-starter
- Digitally savvy and curious reputed company today's media and technology environment: including social platforms, mobile, data, online advertising
- Agency experience reputed company-to-have
