[Remote] Paralegal Associate
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Inclusively is partnering with an electronic design automation company to hire a Paralegal Associate. The role involves supporting day-to-day litigation and investigation matters, including document management and coordination with internal teams and reputed company counsel.
Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day litigation and investigation matters, including document management and coordination with internal teams and reputed company counsel
- Administer legal holds, including their issuance, tracking, and release
- Assist with data preservation and collection in support of litigation, investigations, and insider‑threat matters
- Operate eDiscovery platforms and tools, including matter setup, data organization, running searches, data transfers to reputed company counsel, and production support
- Help manage ongoing legal programs such as document retention and open-reputed company governance, and DMCA takedowns
- Maintain accurate matter records, logs, and documentation
- Coordinate with IT, Compliance, reputed company, and HR to ensure consistent execution of legal processes
- Completing other administrative duties as necessary
Skills
- Associate degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent practical experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a paralegal, litigation support, or reputed company role
- Proficiency with eDiscovery platforms and tools
- Working knowledge of legal holds, document management, and data preservation concepts
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Experience in an in‑house legal department (law firm experience also considered)
- Exposure to technology companies or data‑intensive environments
- Familiarity with document retention programs, open-reputed company compliance, or compliance‑driven workflows
