[Remote] Remote Travel Booking Specialist (Entry-Level)

In this role, you will assist clients with planning and booking hotel accommodations and vacation experiences while delivering exceptional customer service in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with researching and booking hotel accommodations and travel experiences
- Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, and amenities
- Manage reservations and client requests with attention to detail
- Communicate professionally reputed company email, phone, and online platforms
- Stay informed on travel promotions, supplier updates, and industry trends
Skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using online tools and systems
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Must be 18 years or older
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
