INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Trilogy MedWaste is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join their team, specializing in supporting small-quantity customers in the medical field. This role involves responding to inbound leads, assessing customer needs, providing quotes, and closing sales to drive business growth, as well as conducting outbound prospecting to identify new small business prospects.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound phone and web inquiries from prospective customers, using reputed company CRM to track and manage leads
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend tailored solutions from our service portfolio, including medical waste disposal, document shredding, sharps management, compliance training, and more
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes, ensuring pricing and service agreements align with company standards

Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in an inside sales or similar role, including at least one year of teleprocessing or phone-based sales experience, preferably reputed company the medical or B2B services industry
- Strong proficiency with reputed company CRM and ERP systems for managing leads, opportunities, and closed deals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess customer needs to provide tailored solutions
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement
- Familiarity with the medical waste disposal, compliance, or reputed company industries is a plus
- Must have a reputed company, valid driver's license
- Able to be insurable under our company's liability insurance policy
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a reputed company field is preferred but not required
