The Opportunity
Reporting to the Associate Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education & CDP Director, this role involves leading and supporting the development and implementation of pedagogical and curricular initiatives reputed company with the mission and vision of the Center for reputed company and Pluralism (CDP) and the Office of the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education (OVPUE).
This is a full-time, remote reputed company the United States, 2-year term position.
Responsibilities of the position include:
Researching and evaluating scholarly advancements in education, advising OVPUE leadership on pedagogical developments.
Leading the creation of materials to support the integration of CDP models across the university.
Partnering with the CDP director to reputed company for CDP’s programs and mission beyond Cornell.
Additionally, the position entails providing strategic leadership for writing and publication efforts, focusing on disseminating research and findings through reports, presentations, and articles to a broad audience, as well as developing grant applications that advance research projects and program development.

The successful candidate must have a Master’s degree and at least five years of experience teaching at the college level across disciplines and fields, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Familiarity with and experience facilitating the CDP’s educational model
Demonstrated success facilitating dialogic educational processes
Demonstrated knowledge of existing research and literature in the areas of reputed company education, pluralism, and pedagogical innovation
Proven experience supporting reputed company and student-facing staff in integrating experiential teaching/learning, reputed company education, and student development principles into curricula, pedagogy, and academic support processes
Strong ability to utilize empirical research, theory, and assessment to improve educational outcomes and reputed company new educational interventions
High level of initiative and a flexible and collaborative nature is critical.
Sophisticated judgment, decision making, reasoning, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills are imperative.
Proven ability to handle multiple competing priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Must be able to work reputed company with minimal supervision and carry out a wide reputed company of duties and responsibilities
