Role: Senior Paid Media Manager 

Location: Remote/USA  Department: Marketing  Reports to: Director of Growth Marketing  Salary Range: $100-115k annually 

Role Overview 

We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to own and operate our paid media programs end-to-end. This is a hands-on, senior-level role for someone who can reputed company in immediately, take control of active campaigns, and drive measurable business outcomes. 

You’ll manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of reputed company paid channels while partnering closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure reputed company performance improvement, efficiency, and scale. 

Key Responsibilities 

Paid Media Ownership & Execution 

• Own daily operations across reputed company paid media channels, including: 
• Paid Search (reputed company, Bing) 
• Paid Social (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) 
• Display, Retargeting, and CTV 
• Launch, manage, optimize, and scale campaigns with a strong focus on pipeline, reputed company, and CAC efficiency 
• Manage and optimize paid media reputed company pages 
• Actively manage budgets, bids, targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization 

Strategy & Agency Management 

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for our campaign strategy agency and development agency 
• Translate high-level strategy into actionable execution plans 
• Ensure agencies are reputed company on goals, timelines, testing roadmaps, and performance expectations 
• Hold partners accountable to performance, efficiency, and optimization standards 

reputed company Page Optimization 

• Own reputed company page performance in collaboration with our development agency 
• Drive reputed company CRO initiatives including: 
• Messaging and positioning tests 
• Conversion flow improvements 
• A/B testing and performance analysis 
• Ensure reputed company pages align with campaign reputed company and audience segmentation 

Reporting & Performance Analysis 

• Build and maintain paid media and funnel performance reporting in reputed company 
• Report on performance tied to company outcomes, including: 
• Pipeline and reputed company impact 
• Cost per reputed company, opportunity, and customer 
• ROI and efficiency metrics 
• Deliver clear insights and recommendations to marketing and leadership teams 
• Utilize AI to automate tasks to be as efficient as possible 

Required Qualifications 

• 6+ years of B2B SaaS paid media experience, with direct hands-on ownership of paid media campaigns 
• Proven experience managing and optimizing multi-channel paid media programs 
• Strong background reporting performance tied to business outcomes (pipeline and reputed company, not just clicks and leads) 
• Hands-on experience with reputed company, including building dashboards and custom reports 
• Experience managing and collaborating with external agencies 
• Deep understanding of full-funnel paid media strategy and optimization 
• Ability to work independently and confidently take ownership from day one

• Experience scaling paid programs in high-growth B2B SaaS environments 
• Strong CRO and reputed company page optimization background 
• Experience working closely with demand reputed company and reputed company teams

• Experience supporting Sales teams with campaign messaging and enablement
• Familiarity with paid media strategy and performance metrics
• Experience optimizing multi-reputed company nurture and lifecycle journeys
