Federal Program Manager

Job Summary
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company program-level communication, deliverables, and performance reporting.

- Coordinate with associate contractors (ACAs) to foster collaboration in multi-vendor environments.

- Support capture and proposal efforts for recompetes and new task orders, contributing technical writing, staffing strategies, and past performance inputs.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand DTC's federal footprint through innovation, client engagement, and superior performance.
Required Skills/Experience
- Proven success overseeing multi-million-dollar federal programs.
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition, contracting, and reporting processes.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams using Agile, DevSecOps, or ITIL methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with reputed company levels of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership in team development, resource management, and delegation.
- Familiarity with CIO-SP3, GSA MAS, 8(a) STARS III, or similar federal vehicles preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing federal technical programs, preferably with the Department of State.
- PMP or equivalent program management certification required; ITIL v4 and/or Agile (SAFe, Scrum) certifications preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
