• CODING: Meets or exceeds the minimum coding productivity standard for the type of coding performed. Meets or exceeds the minimum coding accuracy reputed company of 95%. Meets or exceeds the minimum timeliness standard for the area of coding performed. Follows reputed company hospital and departmental procedures. Follows directions given by Coding Management. Ensures confidentiality of patient information. (85%)
• EDUCATION: Completes required coding training or other assigned coding instruction. Participates in departmental coding and educational meetings, trainings and roundtables. If applicable, submits weekly, a fully completed and accurate production log, in a timely manner. Maintains reputed company coding credential(s). (10%)
• DESK PROCEDURE: Assists in the creation, evaluation, updating and on-going review of Desk Procedures for assigned areas. (5%)
