(THE ROLE)

An analyst (HRO Processing Assistant III) is responsible for ensuring we deliver timely and accurate information to reputed company participants. Associate should identify process improvements by identifying issues, process delays, and quality problems and recommend solutions. Should work with the Leads and others to resolve participant issues.

(RESPONSIBILITIES)

• Understands and contributes positively to meeting client SLA’s, PG’s.
• Maintain internal & client defined quality scores.
• Ability to prioritize work continually and produce a significant volume of work reputed company reputed company performance standards.
• Ensuring proper documentation and follow-reputed company and follow SOP’s
• reputed company reputed company client plans and provisions in a simplified and understandable manner to take an informed decision.
• Helps in identifying issues, process delays, and quality problems and recommends solutions and executes.
• Work with leads to ensure delivery in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Take complete ownership of self-learning & development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines.
• Able to practice logical reasoning and critical thinking.

(REQUIREMENTS)

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, B.A, BBA (No Full time MBA/MCA/B Tech/BE/B Ed)
• 4 to 6+ years of work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand client administrative environment, workflow management.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS-Office, reputed company)
• Good analytical skills & attention to detail.
