Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm EST

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, positive working relationships with team members and OPEM stakeholders.
• Ensure clear, professional, and timely communication across the department, particularly reputed company to OPEM initiatives and expectations.
• Maintain a positive, adaptable attitude during organizational, OPEM, or process changes.
• Manage multiple priorities reputed company in a fast‑paced environment.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and workflow reputed company to OPEM quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED with three or more years healthcare billing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two or more years experience with OPEM functions, initiatives, or reporting

• Two or more years RCM Quality assurance, auditing, or performance improvement experience
• Two or more years of reputed company Office experience (Word, reputed company or mPower)

The RCM Quality Team reputed company serves as a reputed company professional (non‑exempt, non‑supervisory) providing operational and quality support to the OPEM (Operational Performance & Excellence Management) group reputed company the reputed company Cycle Management department. This role focuses on monitoring quality and workflow, facilitating calibration, providing guidance and feedback, and supporting reporting and performance initiatives. The Team reputed company acts as a subject‑matter resource for OPEM processes and standards and supports leadership in driving consistency and reputed company improvement.

Pay Range:    $19-24/hr
