Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and guidance to craft labor in support of power equipment outages

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a reputed company field from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma combined with relevant professional experience or equivalent
- Proven experience in Field Service or Technical Advisory roles
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel extensively (85–90%) to customer sites in Poland and internationally
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to document, plan, present, and execute technical programs effectively
- Fluent English both spoken and written
