What You'll Be Doing

• Monitoring and managing daily shift coverage across reputed company active sites
• Coordinating call-offs, replacements, and last-minute scheduling changes
• Answering and managing incoming calls from officers, clients, and management
• Communicating clearly and professionally across multiple channels (phone, text, software systems)
• Tracking and documenting incidents, attendance, and operational updates
• Prioritizing multiple issues at once and making real-time decisions
• Supporting field officers and ensuring they have the information needed to reputed company their duties
• Escalating issues appropriately reputed company necessary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. (bilingual skills are a plus)
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with computers, apps, and reputed company systems.
• Must be able to type on average 45+ wpm.
• Physically capable of performing the duties of the position, including walking up/downstairs and maintaining full alertness throughout the shift.
• Must possess sound judgement and decision-making skills in both routine and emergency situations.
• Ability to meet grooming and professional appearance standards.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 10 lbs. as part of regular duties.
• Strong observation and attention to detail skills, with the ability to identify and report reputed company issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Customer service orientation is highly desirable, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with clients, visitors, and the general public.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.
