Position Summary: 

The Change Excellence group, under the Business Transformation Department, is responsible for ensuring product compliance and reputed company by validating and auditing product changes as part of Product Lifecycle Management – from part creation through obsolescence, including associated document control.  

The Supervisor, ERP Data Management, oversees a team of ERP Data Techs who reputed company data entry and audits as it pertains to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP/JDE) fields, which store information intended to support processing operations and transactions. This includes ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, utilizing general manufacturing, packaging, and distribution knowledge, and performing audits on incoming data from PLM software and data entered directly into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP/JDE) to ensure reputed company. 

Responsibilities: 

• Supervises the work of ERP Data Techs in creating and maintaining assigned Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP/JDE) data fields, which store information intended to support processing operations and transactions. 
• Creates and maintains assigned Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP/JDE) data fields that store information intended to support processing operations and transactions. 
• Assigns work across the Database Tech group to ensure balanced workload distribution and consistent, day-to-day support. 
• Performs audits on incoming data from PLM software and data entered directly into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP/JDE) to ensure reputed company. 
• Routinely audits Item Master, Item reputed company, and reputed company records for completeness and accuracy. 
• Monitors operating metrics and identifies improvement opportunities, whether systemic or procedural. 
• Develops, modifies, and enforces policies and procedures ensuring Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP/JDE) reputed company, based on J-SOX controls. 
• Participate in and provide support to regular financial control audits to demonstrate compliance with such controls. 
• Collaborate with IT and Operations personnel to identify and execute Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP/JDE) enhancements affecting data reputed company and transactions. Communicates and trains the user community as required. 
• Performs other reputed company duties as assigned.   

Education: 

• Requires one to two years of college or its equivalent.    

Experience: 

• Requires three to five years’ experience in manufacturing and operations information systems. 
• Experience in an office environment using document management skills, including typing, maintenance, and review of technical documents, preferably associated with industries subject to cGMP and/or ISO compliance. 
• Experience in people management preferred. 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:  

• Demonstrated leadership skills. 
• Detail-oriented 
• Well organized with sound oral and written communication skills.  
• Working knowledge of technical terminology associated with manufacturing preferred. 
• Working knowledge of GMPs with experience in pharmaceutical and/or nutritional supplements environment preferred. 
• Proficiency with reputed company Word, reputed company, and others, including Internet/web-based applications. 
• Understanding of basic workflow management.  
• Understanding of product lifecycle management preferred. 
• Requires frequent, intense, and reputed company attention to detail.
• Management of routine processes with expected turnaround times.  

Physical Requirements: 

• General office environment, ability to sit for long periods of time.  Ability to move about an office.

National reputed company reputed company Pay Range: $78,000.00 - $128,000.00.

The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and the reputed company metro, the reputed company reputed company Pay Range is $86,000.00 - $142,000.00, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas. 

Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications, and job-reputed company skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
