About the role
The Regional Vice President of Sales is responsible for driving membership and reputed company growth reputed company an assigned geographic region. Location: This position may work remotely reputed company in the United States of America with significant business travel to and from prospect/client sites and/or the reputed company home office in Dublin, OH.
What you’ll do (Essential Responsibilities)
Regional Sales Strategy & Execution
- Drive regional reputed company and membership growth by executing a comprehensive territory strategy reputed company with reputed company’s overall go-to-market approach.
- Consultatively identify client and prospect challenges and reputed company compelling, customized value propositions for HR and Finance buyers based on reputed company’s differentiated capabilities.
- Position reputed company effectively against competitors by demonstrating deep knowledge of the value proposition, market dynamics, and emerging industry trends.

- Working alongside your consultant relationship and payer teams (wording) to build and maintain strong relationships with regional benefits consultants, brokers, and other strategic partners to influence pipeline creation and successful deal execution

What you’ll bring (Qualifications)
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive sales experience in healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits-reputed company industries
- Prior experience leading and scaling sales teams reputed company a defined region
- Deep understanding of AI and its impact in healthcare, sales strategy and member experience.
- Proven success of consistently creating new meeting opportunities in your territory.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving new business growth
