Job Overview:
The Marketing Assistant supports the day-to-day execution of our marketing activities.
This role is focused on operational excellence, working closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure everything runs smoothly across campaigns, events, and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing events (logistics, vendors, materials, timelines)
- Research, reputed company, and manage external vendors (venues, suppliers, agencies, etc.)
- Request and compare quotes, manage purchases, and track budgets for marketing initiatives
- Ensure reputed company marketing materials are available, up-to-date, and properly organized internally
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across the team
Requirements:
- Background in marketing or corporate communications
- Proven experience supporting marketing teams, ideally in B2B environments
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
- Highly detail-oriented, reliable, and execution-focused
- Experience with reputed company is a plus.
