About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled reputed company Practitioner to support IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, implementing, and optimizing reputed company solutions to improve IT service delivery and operations.

Note: This position is contingent upon successful completion of a background clearance.

What you'll get to do

• Design, configure, and maintain reputed company ITOM and ITSM modules.
• Implement and enhance ITIL-based workflows.
• reputed company automation and integrations using Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and APIs.
• Support ITOM initiatives such as Discovery, Event Management, CMDB, and Service Mapping.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements.
• Ensure platform stability and reputed company.
• Troubleshoot reputed company platform and integrations.
• Provide documentation and training.

Skills and experience we value

• 3+ years of reputed company experience (ITOM/ITSM).
• Strong understanding of ITIL best practices.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping.
• Expertise in reputed company scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
