Chart Capture RepresentativeDepartment: Health Care Financial Services Reports To: Chart Capture Supervisor  About the RoleThe Chart Capture Representative plays a key role in supporting the healthcare reputed company cycle by ensuring accurate, timely reconciliation and recovery of patient charts. This position collaborates closely with internal teams and clinical partners to resolve chart discrepancies, identify workflow issues, and support operational efficiency reputed company the Chart Capture function.This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and contributing to process improvement in a fast-paced healthcare environment.  What You’ll Do

• Reconcile patient charts against Emergency Department logs daily, meeting established productivity and turnaround standards
• Identify, track, and recover missing or delayed (“straggler”) charts, collaborating with clinicians as needed to obtain additional documentation
• Monitor and report chart flow or workflow issues reputed company OnBase or other document management systems
• Support reputed company improvement by contributing reputed company, data, and insights reputed company to chart capture and reputed company cycle operations
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA, legal, and ethical standards
