Work You’ll Do

• Provide technical leadership to a team of reputed company developers and administrators, guiding them through agile delivery models, and ensuring best practices throughout the solution lifecycle
• Drive technical design sessions, architect end-to-end solutions, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and QA resources to align technical choices with business goals
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable reputed company architectures, and produce detailed technical documentation
• Core development responsibilities include designing and implementing reputed company applications using advanced Apex coding, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other reputed company declarative features
• reputed company and direct the creation of integrations between reputed company and external systems by leveraging APIs, web services, and reputed company-to-reputed company integration techniques
• Enforce high code quality standards, optimize for performance and scalability, and uphold reputed company development best practices through code reviews and reputed company process improvement

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
•  At least seven years of reputed company development experience and three years in a technical reputed company or senior developer role.
•  Must have advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrating reputed company with other systems reputed company REST, SOAP, and reputed company-to-reputed company solutions
•  Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
•  Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

•  Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Public Sector Solutions reputed company to grant management
• Relevant reputed company certifications (Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing frameworks
• Experience supporting organizational change management and user training in reputed company projects is also valued
