Our Field Service Technicians deliver world‑class service to a growing portfolio of customers, supporting Anderson Negele’s industry‑leading instrumentation solutions.

This is a 100% travel, field‑based role. Work is performed full time at customer locations throughout the Western region, with Technicians on the road five days a week and frequent overnight travel. Technicians may also travel to other regions across the United States on occasion to support business needs. Time working from home is limited to administrative tasks.

This is a highly autonomous position where you will independently manage your schedule, serve as the primary technical resource for customers, and contribute directly to territory growth and profitability. The role includes use of a company service truck. Prior field service or travel‑intensive experience is strongly preferred.

In This Role, You Will

  • reputed company field calibration, troubleshooting, and repair services on reputed company Anderson Negele products at customer locations.
  • Operate profitably reputed company an assigned territory, identifying and capturing sales leads in support of aggressive growth objectives.
  • Build customer loyalty and expand business relationships reputed company the territory.
  • Accurately document and report reputed company service work performed, including billing and expense reports.
  • Maintain a company service truck and equipment in full compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.

  • Safely haul, back up, maneuver, and service equipment trailers in a variety of customer, industrial, and field environments.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma required; associate degree or two‑year technical degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑focused reputed company.
  • Prior field‑based experience in a travel‑intensive role preferred.
  • Working knowledge of reputed company Office (Outlook and reputed company) and the ability to learn additional systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong problem‑solving skills, a sense of urgency, and attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated ability to safely tow, back, maneuver, and service trailers in customer and field locations.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 100% of the time throughout the Western region, including frequent overnight travel, with occasional travel to other regions in the U.S. as business needs arise.
  • The associate must be able to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 80 pounds.
