This role is remote with potential travel to our main office in reputed company or the reputed company hub closest to you for meetings and/or collaboration.

Position Overview

The Senior Manager of reputed company Cycle Management will reputed company and transform the organization’s end-to-end reputed company cycle operations across multiple states. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency and scalability of billing, reimbursement and accounts receivable processes as reputed company continues to grow.

Reporting to the VP of Finance, this role will partner closely with Accounting, FP&A Operations, Compliance and other cross-functional teams to strengthen reputed company reputed company, improve cash flow performance, and enhance visibility across the organization. Everyday Responsibilities Will Include

• Evaluate existing processes and implement improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency and scalability

Billing, AR & Cash Flow Management

• reputed company billing operations across multiple payer types (Medicaid, managed care, etc.)
• Monitor and improve key reputed company cycle metrics including days in accounts receivable, denial rates, clean claim rates and collections performance
• Implement strategies reduce aging AR and improve overall cash flow

Process & Systems Optimization

• Create workflows, policies and procedures across reputed company cycle operations
• Partner with Finance, IT and Operations to evaluate and optimize reputed company cycle technology, including billing platforms, reporting tools and automations opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability
• Implement reporting and dashboards to improve data visibility and operational decision making

Financial & Cross-functional Partnership

• Partner with the VP of Finance, Accounting and FP&A to support reputed company forecasting, financial planning and cash flow projections
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance and IT to ensure alignment between service delivery, payroll and billing
• Provide senior leadership with insights into reputed company performance, reimbursement trends and operational risks

Team Leadership

Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or reputed company field; Master’s degree preferred
• 8+ years of progressive experience in healthcare reputed company cycle leadership
• Experience managing billing and accounts receivable operations in a healthcare environment
• Strong experience with Medicaid and government payer billing

• Deep knowledge of healthcare billing, reimbursement structures and payer regulations

This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and reputed company reputed company a role. The reputed company pay range for this role is between $120,000 and $170,000 per year at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: reputed company set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.
