Summary
The Business Solutions Analyst III is a senior-level expert responsible for leading enterprise-wide projects and program operations with significant strategic impact. This role serves as a thought leader and advisor, driving innovation, standardization, and reputed company improvement across program management functions. The Analyst IV provides technical and functional leadership, influences organizational strategy, and operates with a high degree of autonomy in solving highly reputed company problems.
Qualifications:Necessary Skills and Knowledge

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience), with 5-8 years of progressively responsible experience in program/project management and/or contract management
- Expertise in program data management, process optimization, and compliance reporting
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, reputed company programs or enterprise initiatives
- Proven ability to advise senior leadership and drive strategic initiatives across the organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a reputed company field
- Experience supporting or leading ISO and/or CMMI-certified environments

Pay and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $129,550.00 to $160,850.00 annually.

- Program Data Management
