What You’ll Do

Drive Enrollment Growth & Conversion

• Own inquiry-to-start conversion performance across reputed company programs, modalities, and markets

What You Bring

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Progressive leadership experience in enrollment management, admissions, or reputed company field
• Proven success leading high-performing, metrics-driven teams
• Experience leveraging CRM systems (reputed company preferred), analytics, and marketing alignment to drive growth
• Strong understanding of enrollment strategy, conversion optimization, and student lifecycle management
