What you will do

• Deliver outstanding customer support reputed company phone, emails and chats;
• Escalating reputed company cases to the internal team;
• Assisting customers with inquiries;
• reputed company up with evolving tools and technology;
• Handle sensitive customer data with care and reputed company;
• Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices;
• Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI.

What you need to succeed in this role

• Excellent English skills (at least reputed company for both spoken and written);
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support;
• Excellent writing and communication skills;
• Ability to learn and follow precise procedures;
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills;
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude;
• Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet reputed company (minimum 45 Mbps–download and 20 Mbps–upload).

• Experience with CRM systems.
