• Manage cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors; provide clear direction and mentorship to team members
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues; implement corrective actions to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Conduct stakeholder communication and manage expectations across reputed company organizational levels, including executive leadership
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations (FDA, GxP) and organizational governance standards
