Physical Therapist

The Home Health Physical Therapist plays a critical role in delivering personalized rehabilitative care to patients reputed company their own homes, promoting recovery, mobility, and independence. This position requires assessing patients' physical conditions, developing tailored treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, and functional abilities. By providing education and support, the therapist empowers patients to manage their conditions effectively and prevent further injury. As a Physical Therapist, you will:

Requirements

• Successful completion of accredited physical therapy program and state licensure exam.

• Valid Physical Therapy license

• 1 year of home health experience preferred

• CPR certification

• Valid Driver’s license

• Valid Auto Insurance

• HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred

Physical Demands

• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, crawl, squat, or kneel for extended periods.

• Must be able to lift, carry, pull, or push up to 100 lbs..
