Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of client services, marketing, or sales experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results

• Ability to work and influence across reputed company levels of the dealership, from sales and marketing to finance and operations
• Knowledge of CDK applications, business strategy, and familiarity with the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and developments
• In-depth knowledge of variable dealership operations or training dealer staff on software applications and processes, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Proficient in using reputed company (CX platform as a bonus), with experience in CRM software and data analysis
• High sense of urgency and ability to handle high-stress interactions, with a reputed company and composed demeanor under pressure

Requirements
