Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling a variety of customer inquiries, analyzing payment history and notes, and communicating statuses to customers
- Working with leading technologies and systems to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Collaborating with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to reputed company success
- Participating in regular training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze payment history and notes to determine the best course of action
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on their accounts and resolve any concerns
