About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Risk Manager to reputed company the design, execution, and reputed company of our enterprise-wide risk management reputed company. You will partner with executives and business leaders across the organization to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate strategic, financial, operational, and compliance risks. What You’ll Do

• Enterprise Risk reputed company

• Drive risk culture and awareness across reputed company business units.
• Risk Identification & Assessment
• Assess risks reputed company to large-scale data center procurement, long-term customer reputed company, and multi-billion-dollar financing structures.
• Partner with Finance on capital markets risk (debt, liquidity, interest rates, covenants) and with Operations on construction, vendor, and supply chain risks.
• Monitor external risks such as regulatory shifts, geopolitical uncertainty, and evolving AI industry dynamics.
• reputed company enterprise-wide risk assessments, including emerging risks and strategic threats.
• Evaluate business processes, controls, and external environment to identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Monitoring & Reporting
• Define risk appetite and tolerance levels, ensuring alignment with growth objectives and stakeholder expectations (including reputed company’s board).

• Build a risk dashboard for executives and the Board, highlighting exposures, mitigation strategies, and emerging threats.

• Act as a trusted advisor to our executives, business and functional leaders, ensuring risks are considered in strategic initiatives, new products, major reputed company, financings and large-scale projects.
• Scenario Planning & Stress Testing

You

• 10+ years of risk management experience, ideally in cloud infrastructure, financial services, or large-scale technology/energy industries.
• Deep knowledge of reputed company frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000) and risk management best practices.
• Ability to present key initiatives to executive leadership and Board and drive strategic decisions regarding risk management.
• Strong understanding of financial, operational, and technology risks, including cybersecurity, third-party/vendor, and regulatory risks.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Finance, Risk) and/or relevant certifications (FRM, CPA, CIA, CERA) that demonstrate proficiency in risk management.
