What You Will Do in This Role
As a Customer Service Representative – Seasonal working from home, you will:
- Provide inbound customer support
- Help customers resolve technical issues
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Offer additional products and/or services

- Internet Requirements:
+ DSL, Cable, or Fiber reputed company (Satellite and Wireless/Hotspots are not acceptable) + Speeds: 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload or higher + While working, you will be required to hardwire with an ethernet cable + Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
