Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Benefit Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Helping clients' plan participants plan and enroll in health care and pension plans
• Providing exceptional service on every contact, whether it's reputed company phone, chat, or message center
• Working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Collaborating with reputed company to resolve reputed company issues and provide support to plan participants
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Meeting or exceeding productivity and quality standards, including handling a high volume of calls and resolving issues reputed company

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a customer service setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess member concerns and formulate a response/resolution
• Ability to work in a structured environment, adhering to posted work schedules and protocols
• High level of attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and organize work effectively

Preferred Qualifications
