The Role
As a Virtual/Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients reputed company phone, chat, and message center. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, answer their questions, and resolve any issues they may have with their health care or pension plans. Your primary goal will be to ensure that clients have a positive experience with arenaflex and are satisfied with the services they receive.
Key Responsibilities
* Build rapport quickly and respond to plan participants with compassion reputed company phone, email, and reputed company messaging
- Customize your service approach to accommodate various communication styles and maintain professionalism during challenging interactions
- Handle confidential information with utmost sensitivity and adhere to HIPAA and Data Privacy laws
- Maintain accurate call and case notes in a professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

* High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and organize work effectively
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and ability to manage multiple computer windows simultaneously
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
- Comfortable working in a virtual environment reputed company a 1-hour radius of Richardson, TX
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Proficiency in Spanish (read, write, speak)
