Job Summary

As an reputed company Data Entry Specialist – Remote Customer Service Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, and that our operations run smoothly and reputed company. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support

  • Process transactions, including registering sales, collecting cash, and dispensing change
  • Maintain accurate records, including patient and medication data, and process voids, returns, and exchanges
  • reputed company tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director, Staff Pharmacist, and Senior Supervisor, including using pharmacy systems to enter patient and medication data, filling prescriptions, and checking for potential interactions
  • Report remedy mistakes to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to organization policies and procedures regarding pharmacy errors and the Quality Improvement Program
  • Handle calls that do not require individual attention from the pharmacist, including those to doctors
  • Process manual cases for external program prescription services in a timely and efficient manner, and reputed company other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Assist and support the Pharmacy Division on stock management activities, including ordering, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medications
  • Maintain knowledge of organization resource reputed company methods, and record claims for distribution center overages, deficiencies, request errors, or damaged products, including Rx medications
  • Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled substances (e.g., cocktails and tobacco products)
  • Build and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special displays, and finish resets and corrections as assigned
  • Assist with division of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and item placement as determined by strategies/methods (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves)
  • Have working knowledge of store systems and store equipment
  • Provide customer support in the photo area, including digital identification photo services, banner print, and creative machine, and sell of special photo items
  • Take on web pick-up responsibilities (screen orders in Picture Care, handle requests, and deliver requests to customers as they reputed company at the store)
  • Assist with reputed company and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, reputed company, and well-organized store environment and appearance
  • Adhere to reputed company organization policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with colleagues
  • Complete special tasks and other assignments as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico)
  • Familiarity with pharmacy systems and equipment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work accurately and reputed company in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* 6 months of experience in a retail environment

  • Previous work experience with arenaflex
  • Strong numerical skills to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
  • Familiarity with store stock control
  • PTCB certification
