Key Responsibilities:
As a Receptionist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

- Walking customers through technical issues by phone (training provided)
- Building strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and follow-up
- Processing account cancellations and ensuring accurate data entry
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in reputed company aspects of the role
Essential Qualifications:
* 3+ years of office experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- 3+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
