Responsibilities
As a part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge reputed company of our evolving products and services
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)

Application Requirements
To apply for this role, you'll need to:
- Own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
- Be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training reputed company reputed company (Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT)
- Be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
- Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, reputed company Virginia, or Wisconsin
