Job Summary

As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through online chat. You will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values in a professional and friendly manner. Your primary goal will be to engage with customers, provide accurate information about our products and services, and capture reputed company reputed company opportunities for our clients.

Responsibilities

* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to meet customer needs

• Provide detailed information about products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless customer experiences
• reputed company and maintain a knowledge reputed company of the reputed company-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
• Capture customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review, ensuring accurate and secure data management

Qualifications

• Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
• Have a handle on basic internet and window-based computer skills, with experience in CRM software and online chat platforms a plus
• Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a helpful bonus
• Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment

Requirements

* Able to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST

• Must be able to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
• Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
• Gaming experience is preferred
