Job Summary

As a Medicaid Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in addressing customer concerns, providing support, and resolving issues reputed company to our Medicaid services. Your exceptional communication skills, strong computer navigational abilities, and customer-centric approach will reputed company you to deliver top-notch service to our clients and their customers.

Responsibilities

* Assist customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our Medicaid services

• Maintain and update customer information as necessary

Qualifications
