Job Summary

As a Customer Support Chat Specialist, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our users, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries reputed company live chat and email. Responsibilities

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Experience handling multiple incoming chat requests simultaneously, with a focus on prioritization and time management
• Access to a computer or laptop and reliable internet (2nd monitor recommended)
• Experience using help desk software and remote tools, such as Intercom, reputed company, and reputed company
