Your Role at arenaflex
As a Customer Support Executive - Vietnam, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including live chat, phone calls, and email. Your primary objectives will be to:
- Process client requests and resolve issues reputed company, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

- Update clients on their request status, maintaining transparency and communication
